Tax Free Weekend

With the start of school just around the corner, the state of Alabama’s tax-free weekend is back. Friday, June 21st- Sunday, June 23rd most back-to-school items, including school supplies, clothes, computers, and books will be exempt from Alabama’s state tax, as well as any local taxes in participating counties

Ranking: While Huntsville is ranked the No. 2 place to live in the United States, Alabama was ranked the fourth worst state to live and work in, according to a survey by CNBC.
